I have a 5month old daughter who refuses to sleep in her crib. for the first few months of her life she had very bad acid reflux so i had to go out and get her a special kind of cradle that sits at an angle. well she no longer has acid reflux so she can now sleep in her crib. but every time i lay her down she screams and cries. ive tried the crying it out method let her cry fot ten minutes then calm her down then do it again. it eventually gets to about one am or two and she stoll isnt sleeping so i give up and put her in her cradle and she passes out at soon as shes layed down in its. shes getting way to big for this cradle. i need help or advice. i have propped her crib mattress. i have tried everything i can think of. the doctor did say she grew out of the acid reflux.
